The functional layout of the building is very transparent and strictly subordinated to the needs of the users. The building consists of two floors and an attic to be arranged by the buyers. On the ground floor in each home there is a vestibule, a hallway, an adjoining kitchen with a living room, a toilet, a technical room, and a garage for one car. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room.


The simple, timeless architecture, with the building covered with a roof without eaves, and the comfortable and well-designed interiors are the key strengths of our buildings. They combine elements of classic architectural solutions with modern, open spaces. The two full floors ensure spacious rooms, which provide a high degree of freedom in arranging the interiors.
